The Mi-CIL Data Management System offers more.  Mi-CIL has been refined and fine tuned over the last decade, making it highly developed with an amazing array of features.  Most important, it is very easy to use, proven and well tested.  Developed in 1999, Mi-CIL is used in more than 57 CIL's in over 20 states across the nation.
